I always enjoy trying out some new meals on my own and yesterday I was in a mood of cooking oriental food. These are made of flaky pastry and a special stuffing.
What you need is:
fresh or dried thyme (3 branches)
fresh or dried parsley
sheep’s milk cheese (400 g)
You take all the ingredients except the flaky pastry and put them together in a bowl. The ingredients ,where I did not give you an indication of quantity; depend on your personal taste. When you finished the stuffing you distribute it among the flaky pastry leafs and you make a turnover. Then you can either fry them or bake them in the oven (I prefer the second) until the flaky pastry gets a golden brown color.
